RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Aveliajewels.com we want you to love what you buy!

But if you don't or if the item is unsuitable, we offer a simple "No Hassle Returns" policy.

The product you return must be in new, unassembled and unused condition and in the original packaging.

Customer satisfaction is our goal, so we kindly ask that you return your purchase the same way you received it to ensure a hassle free refund.

We want every item to be a perfect compliment for your home.

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery If you feel the item does not meet your expectations.

Custom made pieces, sale items, & wholesale orders are excluded from this return policy.

All custom ordered and sale items are not exchangeable and FINAL sale.

You are responsible for the charges to/from on orders that need to be exchanged.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

1. Sign into your AVELIAJEWELS account.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return, fill up the reason, then submit.
3. Print the return label and tape it on the outside of your return parcel.
4. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.

NOTE: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like and at your own cost., just make sure it's postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date.

 

HOW DO I FIND THE RETURN LABEL I GENERATED?

Find the returned order in “My Orders” → Click “Order Details” → Click “Return & Refund Record” in the top right corner → Click “View” to download.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE BEFORE MAKING A RETURN?

1. You have a max of 30 days to make returns.You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date.

No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

2. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.


CAN I STILL RETURN ITEMS IF THEY ARE WORN, DAMAGED, OR HAVE THE TAGS REMOVED?

1. You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.

2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
